Company Overview & History
Rheogistics is a leading supplier of innovative lubricants and mechanical stabilizers to the rigid PVC industry. We operate a modern manufacturing plant designed around a unique proprietary production process.
Devised specifically for the large-scale production of lubricants for rigid PVC, our one-of-a-kind production process requires little labor. Coupled with our streamlined and highly focused management team, our entire company is operated by only 35 people. This efficiency allows us to invest—more than our competitors—in high-quality, consistent raw materials from the very best sources on the planet. These raw materials are essential to delivering consistent, reliable lubricants with performance characteristics our customers depend on.

A reliable plant operation can only be built with dedicated, hard-working employees. At Rheogistics, we are proud of our employees and their commitment to our company and the surrounding community of Picayune, Mississippi. Many of our employees are Picayune natives who take great pride in being part of a grassroots American manufacturing company built from scratch on a greenfield site in their hometown. They have literally watched as Rheogistics grew from an empty plant site into a major supplier of lubricants for rigid PVC operating 24 hours a day.
Our substantial production capacity was engineered to be capable of supplying half of the North American PVC industry’s requirements for lubricants.
Rheogistics was founded on July 4, 2000 and financed by its management. The plant started production in mid-2003 with one production line in an 8,000-square-foot facility on five acres. Earnings have been continually reinvested to support incremental growth, and today, Rheogistics operates four production lines in a 70,000+ square-foot manufacturing facility on ten acres. Our substantial production capacity was engineered to be capable of supplying half of the North American PVC industry’s requirements for lubricants.
